cuckoo!
Heard my first cuckoo of the year on Friday 12th April...and finally my first posting of 2019.
It's a familiar cliché, but with advancing decades in my life, the pace of change seems to accelerate and days wizz by.
Finally acheiving long awaited dream of building a greehouse/conservatory on the back of the house, important for raising and keeping a different range of plants, increasing the growing season, aswell as helping to keep the warmth in my house and a light-filled space to inhabit.

Magnolias in full blooming glory, the stellata perfuming the whole space, delightful.
